Methods of Payment

Currently, we are unable to accept checks, or cash.

MikaRose accepts the following credit cards

If there is a problem processing your credit card, please check to make sure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please contact your credit card company if the problem persists.

Pricing policy

All Prices are shown in U.S dollars only. At this time all international orders have to placed over the phone, exluding Canada.

Checking Order Status

If you have placed an order with MikaRose, go to the Your Account page to check the status of your order.

Tracking Packages

To help track the status of your shipment, an order tracking number (Federal Express or United Parcel Service) or a delivery confirmation number (United States Postal Service) will be given. You can check the status of your delivery by visiting FedEx , United Parcel Service or US Postal Service directly.

Return Policy

We are confident that you will like the way our dresses look and fit. If you don't just send the dress back and we will give you a full refund* including the orignal shipping cost as long as tags are still intact and it is within 14 days from the day of delivery.  This does not include our clearence, top, and skirt section.  If the items are in the clearence, tops, or skirt section we will only give you instock credit.     

 Exchange Policy

If you are exchanging an item because of incorrect size, we will gladly take care of the shipping the new dress back to you.

Credit Card Refunds

On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Security and Privacy:

All information provided to MikaRose is transmitted securely and saved for sales purposes only. Your email, name, address, ect. Are only used for billing and shipping purposes and will not be sold to and/or used by a third party. MikaRose will occasionally notify its customers of upcoming sales, new product, events and promotions. We reserve the right to use any medium (email, post, and phone) to meet this purpose.
