Mobile Terms of Service

MIKAROSE

The MIKAROSE mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by MIKAROSE (“MIKAROSE”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to MIKAROSE’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of MIKAROSE through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with MIKAROSE. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18333902890 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other MIKAROSE mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

SMS Text Message Policy

The following terms and conditions apply to the Mikarose’s text messaging program.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years or older, or at least 13 years old and have the express permission of a parent/guardian, to receive text messages from Mikarose and must be a U.S. resident.

HOW TO SIGN UP

Mikarose may provide you with an opportunity to opt in to receive special offers and other communications via text messages on your mobile phone. You can opt in to receive this messaging by providing Mikarose with your mobile phone number on a landing page, social media page, website or email.

YOUR CONSENT

When you provide your mobile phone number or text the word listed above, you consent to receive recurring, text messages at your given mobile number, including short message service (SMS) messages.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By opting in, you accept and agree to be bound by Mikarose 

Privacy Policy,  and any other applicable terms, and you consent to the processing of your personal information as set forth in those policies. You also agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions noted below:

TEXT CHARGES

Standard carrier message and data rates may apply so be sure to check your mobile service carrier's pricing plan to determine if there are charges associated with sending and receiving text messages through your device and carrier. All charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider. Mikarose does not charge you for sending or receiving text (SMS) messages.

HOW TO OPT OUT

You can opt out at any time after subscribing with us from future messages at any time by texting STOP to 1-833-645-2972 from your mobile phone. You may also opt out by texting END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to 1-833-645-2972. You agree that if you request to opt out from future messages, we may send you a one-time opt-out text message to confirm. If you would like to join again after opting out, please sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending automated SMS messages to you again. Mikarose reserves the right to remove subscribers from our messaging database at our discretion.

CARRIERS (US ONLY)

This text messaging program may not be available on all wireless carriers.  Mikarose may add or remove any wireless carrier from this program without notice. Mobile access and text message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s network availability. Mobile test message and delivery is not guaranteed. Neither mobile carriers nor Mikarose are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

FREQUENCY

The frequency of text messages may vary per user and depends on which campaign you are subscribed to. You can submit changes through our customer service via email to customerservice@mikarose.com.

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Data obtained from you in connection with our text messaging program may include your mobile phone number; your carrier's name; the date, time and content of your messages; and other information you provide to us as part of the text messaging programs. Mikarose may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us.  We do not share or sell your information.
